An animal ABC
A children’s picture book teaching the alphabet, colors, and animal recognition together. Each spread pairs a letter with an animal, a short rhyming verse, and a full-page illustration.
All animals were illustrated in Adobe Illustrator using bold, geometric shapes and saturated color, so pre-readers can engage visually before they can decode text. Key words in each verse are color-coded to reinforce meaning independent of reading ability.
A consistent letter/verse/illustration layout repeats across all spreads, giving the book rhythm while letting each animal’s palette and pattern stand out.
